Question 1

How much do drafting services cost in Australia?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the scope and complexity of your project. We provide fixed, transparent pricing with no hidden costs, upload your plans and we'll send a detailed, no-obligation quote within 24 hours.

Question 2

How long does it take to get council approval drawings?

Accepted Answer

Typical turnaround for a complete set of council approval drawings is 5–10 business days. A standard liquor or architectural redline is faster, 48 hours when existing plans are usable. We always confirm timelines upfront so you can plan accordingly.

Question 3

What do I need to provide for a drafting quote?

Accepted Answer

You can send us existing plans, hand-drawn sketches, marked-up PDFs, or even just a brief description of your project. The more detail you provide, the more accurate our quote will be.

Question 4

Can you work from hand-drawn sketches or markups?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We regularly work from hand-drawn sketches, annotated PDFs, and builder markups. We'll convert your ideas into clean, professional, council-ready drawings.

Question 5

Do you offer redline plan revisions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Redline plans cover liquor licence (LCV) licensed-area plans and architectural revisions for council RFIs or builder changes. A standard liquor licence redline is $499 flat with a 48-hour turnaround when existing plans are usable, delivered as DWG and PDF. Architectural and council revision redlines are quoted. On-site measure is quoted separately.

Question 6

Are your drawings compliant with Australian building standards?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All our drawings are produced in accordance with the National Construction Code (NCC), relevant Australian Standards, and local council requirements.

Question 7

Do you handle council submissions as well?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer a full council submission service. We prepare the application, liaise with council on your behalf, and handle any requests for additional information.

Question 8

What areas do you service in Australia?
