NatHERS Certification
Since May 2024, new homes and many major renovations in Victoria need to meet a 7-star minimum NatHERS rating plus a Whole-of-Home score of at least 60. We prepare accredited NatHERS assessments and certificates as part of your drawing set, so energy compliance is designed in from the start instead of causing delays and redesigns later.
Required for almost every new dwelling and many major renovations in Victoria as part of the building permit application. It's most valuable when done during design, not after, since catching a shortfall in glazing or insulation on paper is a lot cheaper than redesigning once your builder is ready to start.
