AI Use Policy

We use AI tools to help draft and maintain website content, respond to routine enquiries, and support administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence. AI may also assist our team with research, drawing checks, and general productivity during a project.

Every drawing set we deliver is prepared and reviewed by our team before it goes to you or to council. AI is not used to make final compliance, design, or approval decisions, that judgement sits with the people responsible for your project, the same as it always has.

Where AI tools are used in the course of our work, we take reasonable steps to use providers with appropriate data handling and confidentiality practices.
