Terms of Service

Arya Designs provides drafting, building design, redline revision, council submission, and related services. The specific scope for your project will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.

All quotes are in Australian dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Fixed-price quotes cover the described scope. Variations may attract additional fees communicated before work proceeds. Pricing depends on the scope and complexity of your project and is confirmed in writing before work begins.

A deposit may be required prior to commencement. Final payment is due upon delivery of completed drawings. Overdue invoices may attract interest at 10% per annum. Drawings remain the property of Arya Designs until full payment is received.

We offer unlimited revisions until council approval is obtained, within the agreed scope. Revisions required due to a change in client brief outside the original quote will be quoted separately.

You agree to provide accurate and complete project information, respond to requests in a timely manner, and notify us promptly of any changes to scope. Arya Designs is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

All drawings remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the drawings for the described project purpose only.

We prepare drawings to meet relevant regulations, but cannot guarantee council approval. We will address council amendment requests at no additional cost within the agreed scope.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arya Designs' liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

Either party may terminate with written notice. You agree to pay for work completed to date. All completed files will be delivered upon receipt of outstanding payment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
